Not to use PhireBug while driving or when you or others present are engaged in any activity best performed safely without distraction

Not to use PhireBug if you or others nearby may be in any way adversely affected by flashing/synchronized light

To maintain physical possession and control of your device when using PhireBug to prevent unauthorized access while the screen is unlocked

Responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use or misuse of PhireBug is solely yours
