PhireBug Promotional Asset Usage Agreement
PhireBug promotional assets are made available to promote the PhireBug app and participation in its use at public and private events and may be incorporated into media associated with those events, provided the assets appear in their entirety and in unedited, unmodified, unmanipulated, original form and not in any manner that could be construed as deceptive. Display of the promotional assets is acknowledgement their use does not constitute an endorsement by Incendiar LLC of any event, rights to content within these assets is property of Incendiar LLC or the respective owners and usage can be terminated by written request for any reason at any time.
